Product License Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to ebfe90.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of our Expert Advisors (EAs) and Indicators (“Products”). 2. Definitions

3. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, ebfe90.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products under the following conditions:

  • Unlimited Account Usage: You may install and use the Product on unlimited MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts without any restrictions.
  • Personal and Commercial Use: The license permits both personal trading and commercial use, allowing you to deploy the Products in your trading strategies or offer them as part of your trading services.
  • No Time Restrictions: The license is perpetual, meaning it does not expire as long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce or Distribute: Copy, distribute, sell, or lease the Products to any third party without our explicit written consent.
  • Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, deconstruct, or attempt to derive the source code of the Products.
  • Modify or Create Derivatives: Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Products.
  • Transfer or Assign: Transfer, sublicense, rent, or lease the Products to any third party.
  • Use for Unlawful Purposes: Utilize the Products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Products are owned by ebfe90.com or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of all assets and data on your trading accounts where you deploy our Products.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ebfe90.com does not guarantee that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ebfe90.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Products.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any other matter related to the Products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ebfe90.com, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Products.

10. Governing Law

11. Changes to This Agreement

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ebfe90.com regarding the use of the Products and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
